How long does an engagement take?
Nine weeks on average from kickoff to first ship. The first three weeks are intake and a hardest-slice prototype; the next six are iterative build with weekly demos. Bigger systems take longer — we’ll tell you honestly during the intake call.
Do you take fixed-fee or T&M?
Either. For well-scoped problems we’ll quote a fixed package — usually a per-phase fee with a clear go/no-go review at each phase boundary. For exploratory work we run on time-and-materials with a weekly cap.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any specifics are shared. We use a short two-page mutual NDA by default; happy to use yours if you have a standard.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
Manila, Philippines. We work async-first across time zones and travel for kickoff or major reviews when it’s the right thing to do.
Can you take work outside the Philippines?
Yes. About a third of our engagements are international — typically AI infrastructure or compliance-heavy software where the PH context isn’t the main constraint.
